Dr. Aubrey L. LOOP, age 67 died Saturday afternoon at his home in Crawfordsville from a heart attack. The doctor was stricken in a downtown store Saturday afternoon and was treated by Dr. Ball who was called to the store. After recovering from the attack, he was taken to his home, where he was the victim of a second attack from which he died in a few minutes. Dr. Loop was born in Boone Co., Nov 18, 1874 the son of Henry and Amanda J. Loop. He was married to Malinda Young who survives with a daughter Mrs. Forrest Howell of Crawfordsville; a son Aubrey L. of Bloomington and 3 grandchildren. Dr. Loop began his practice in Waveland in an office located in the Bank Building now owned by Fred McNutt. He had been located in Crawfordsville since 1919 and served as coroner of Montgomery Co. for a few years. Funeral rites were held Monday afternoon with interment at Shannondale.
