The grand jury returned an indictment against Dr. EL VanCleave, Monday on a charge of producing an abortion. The circumstances of the case are connected with the death of Eva M. GELLER, at Mecca, June 24. The defendant was arraigned before Judge White, Tues and gave bond in the sum of $1000 for appearance. (Rockville Tribune)
