Dr. M.B. Keegan, of South Bend, formerly of Crawfordsville, becomes a member of the state board of pharmacy, succeeding Jerome J. Keene of Indianapolis, who recnetly was appointed an inspector for the federal government under the new anti-narcotic drug law. Another new member of this board is William E. Stuckmeyer, Democrat of Indianapolis, who was named to succeed WH Rudder of Salem, whose term has expired.
