The case of S.S. Burrows against Martha A. Burrows, his wife for divorce was tried before Judge West this morning and the plaintiff was granted a divorce on the ground of curel and inhuman treatment after he had withdrawn from his complain the charges of adultery. Mrs. Burrows was given $1500 and the household goods as alimony, while he takes the real estate and custody of the five children until otherwise ordered by the court.
