Cuppy and son Marion were in town the early part of the week. They
attended a family reunion at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Koch
at Greenwood Sunday. Marion recently returned from France where
he saw active service with the Keystone division in a machine gunsquad.
He was in the fighting at Chateau Thierry and Argonne Forest, but
escaped without a scratch. He served 3 year sin the PA National
Guard and was with Pershing on the Mexican Border, which he says
was a picnic compared with France. Will Cuppy has bought a farm
near Lancaster PA which will be in charge of his son, Hazlett who
was also in France but not at the front.
