Mrs. Thelma P. Babb of Ivor, Va., mother of Mrs. Price B. Blackwell of Crawfordsville, died Dec. 31 in a Suffolk, Va., nursing home. She was the widow of Livingston H. Babb and a native of Franklin, Va. A graduate of Longwood College, she was a teacher and artist. Also surviving are two other daughters, Mrs. W. N. Heflin of Indianola, Miss., and Mrs. J. Thomas Edmonds of Onacock, Va.; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. – jlr
