Charles Milton Baldwin, 79, died suddenly Saturday morning at the home of his grandson, Charles Baldwin, southwest of Yountsville. He was found dead in bed at 6:30 a.m. apparently of a heart attack. He was born in July, 1861 in this county and had lived here a large part of his life with the exception of several years spent in Missouri. His wife, who before her marriage was Ida Carver preceded him in death. He was a member of the Union Chapel United Brethren Church. The survivors include one son, Shirley Baldwin of this city; four grandchildren, Charles at whose home he died, Mrs. Leta Pulliam of south of here; and Shirley and Albert Allen of Barnett, Mo and three great grandsons, Donnie and Marvin Dale Baldwin of this city and Leo Allen of Barnett, Mo. Funeral services will be held at the Hunt & Reeves funeral home Mondday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. John Servies in charge. Burial will be at Barnett, Mo. Friends may view the remains at the funeral home.
