Word has been received here of the death of James BANKS in Phoenix, AZ April 19. In company with Mrs. Banks and a son and his family, Mr. Banks went to Arizona last fall in the hopes that the climate would aid him in his fight against tuberculosis. The body was brought back to Bloomington for burial. Funeral services were held at the home of the daughter, Mrs. Chester BARRETT on Tuesday afternoon, but burial was deferred until the arrival of Mrs. Banks and sons, Otis and Ray, and daughter, Mary. It seems that no work is given to outside people at Phoenix and the family excepting Mr. Banks had gone to Corydon, Utah to secure employment. - kbz
