Mrs. Joseph Bame died Friday afternoon at her home on Humboldt Creek at the age of 40 years The funeral was held at 2:30 p.m. from the Hunbolt (sic) Valley Presbyterian Church.  Dr. Harshaw officiated.  Nettie Britton was born in Indiana but when quite young came to this city where she was married to Jos. Bame.  Eleven years ago they bought the farm where they have since lived. Mrs. Bame is survived by her aged parents, Mr. and Mrs. Abram Britton this city, several brothers and sisters, her husband and the following children: Mrs. Ben Slater of Alta Vista, Mrs. Will Morgan of Morris County and the following at home: Anselm, Zoetta, Cecil, Ada, Levet and a baby girl born a few hours before her death.  Mrs. Game was a quiet, home-loving woman and good neighbor. In her long residence in this county she has made hosts of friends who will join with us in extending sympathy to the bereaved family in this their hour of darkest sorrow.
