Mrs. Jack Bannister died at her home on
John Street at 1 o’clock Monday morning of lung trouble. She was buried at Oak
Hill Tuesday at 2 p.m. Mrs. Bannister
had been in poor health for a year. She had been confined to her bed some two
weeks and her sufferings were terrible.
She leave a husband and three little children. It was truly hear (sic)
trending Monday morning to witness the grief of a little daughter when she
realized that her mother was indeed dead. The funeral will be conducted by Rev.
Fuson at the residence. - kbz
