Carl E. Barnhart, 64 of Waynetown died at 3:20 p.m. Thursday in Culver Union Hospital. Mr. Barnhart was a retired car salesman with Horner's auto dealership. He had attended Williamsport HS and went on to serve in the Army during the Korean conflict, achieving the rank of Sgt.  His memberships included the Waynetown Christian Church. He was born July 28, 1932 at Carbondale to Lawrence and Beaulah Allison Barnhart.  He married Annie Stephens Barnhart July 15, 1951. She survives.  Also surviving are two sons, Terry Barnhart of Miami Beach, Fla and Dan Barnhart of Waynetown; two brothers, Richard Barnhart of Montezuma and Leroy Barnhart of West Lebanon, a sister, Sue Thomas of WIlliamsport and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.  Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday in Shoemaker Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. Ed Maurer officiating.  Burial will be in Waynetown masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 3-6 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. - kbz
