Sophia May BAYLESS, 83, of 2001 Haywood Court died at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday in Carment Nursing Home. She and her husband co-owned Bayless Printing Company at Mountain Home, Arkansas for 10 years. Her membership included the Baptist Church and she was a 1928 graduate of Russellville High Shcool. She was born May 18, 1910 at Somerset, Ky to James F. and Sciotha F. Burdine Jackson. On Oct 26, 1929, she married Charles L. Bayless at Indianapolis. He survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Leland (Dolores) Epperson of New Market and Mrs. Melvin (Shirley) Michael of new Ross; one sister, Mildred Pantos of Elwood; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Four brothers and three sisters preceded her in death. Services are set for 10;30 a.m. Friday in Powers-Priebe Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Carlson officiating. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. - kbz
