Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Watson Funeral Home for Howard Harrison Beach, 85, of Cayuga, who died at 4 a.m. yesterday (June 4, 1968) at the Vermillion County Hospital in Clinton. Burial will be in Meharry Cemetery at Wingate. The body is at the funeral home. Friends will be received after 4 p.m. Thursday. Born in Wingate, he was the son of Corwin and Sarah Loretta Ogle Beach. Survivors include his widow, Margaret, who is a patient in a Terre Haute hospital receiving treatment for a fractured hip sustained in a fall. Mr. Beach was a retired carpenter. He was preceded in death by three sisters.
