Waynetown - Jesse Edward Bell, 70, died at 2:35 p.m. Wednesday in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville, where he had been a patient since being stricken ill Sunday evening.  He was a son of Charley and Millicent Rayl Bell and was born Sept 27, 1897 in White County.  He was married at Veedersburg June 5, 1921 to Ethel Fine, who survives. Mr. Bell was a member of Fowler Christian Church. After his marriage they lived in Fountay County moving to Benton in 1943 and five years ago to their home four miles northeast of Waynetown. Surviving besides his wife are two sons, Lester P. of Rt 4, Crawfordsville and LaMarr J. of Duluth, Minn; six grandchildren and nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Servies Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn McFarland of ROckville, minister of Youngs Chapel Church, officiating and burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 pm. Friday. - kbz
