FRANK BELTON

Frank Belton, a former resident of Waveland died July 9 at Ogalalla, Nebraska. He died of heart trouble to the Duchess Hotel where he was visiting old friends. He had made his home with his son, Rupert in Oklahoma City since the death of his wife, Emma Garland. He is survived by his son, Rupert and a sister, Mrs. Belle Stentz and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Frank Burrin is a niece. Funeral services were held Sudnay afternoon at the Machledt Funeral Home. The Rev. Claude McCallister had charge of the services. Music was furnished by Mrs. William Machledt. Pall bearers were William Shular, Thomas Garland, Wayne Simms, Oscar Cook, Alonzo Deere, and Charles F. Moore. Interment was made int he Maple Ridge Cemetery. Those from out of town were: Mr. and Mrs. Rupert Belton of Oklahoma City; Mrs. Belle Stentz; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Shaul; Mr. and Mrs. Harold McClosshin and daughters, all of Indianapolis; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Shaul of Crawfordsville; Miss Rose Garland and Miss Mollie Garland of Beaumont, Texas. -  kbz
