All persons having claims against Chester T. Berryman, deceased, are required to present the same with the necessary vouchers to the undersigned administratrix at the office of Paul G. Darrough, 2016 First National Building, Oklahoma City in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, within four months of the date hereof or same will be forever barred.  Dated 23rd day of April 1936 – Ella H. Chester T. Berryman, insurance salesman and active Republican worker, died Saturday night in a local hospital after an illness of a week. Mr. Berryman who was 66 years old had resided in Oklahoma City since 1909, having been connected with the Union Central Life Insurance Co much of this time.  Friends said he did not hold any political office but was active in party councils. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ella Berryman in their Nichols Hill home, 1125 W. Glenwood Ave.  The Jack Jones Funeral Home will announce arrangements. - kz

Funeral services were held today for Chester T. Berryman, county Republican leader who died in a city hospital Saturday night. He was 66 years old. Mr. Berryman, senior agent of the Union Central Life Insurance Co lived at 1125 Glenwood in Nichola Hills. He is survived by his wife. Burial will be at Jeffersonville, Ill. The Jack Jones Funeral Home is in charge. - kz

Services were held at 4 p.m. Monday in Hahn-Cook Memorial Chapel for Mrs. Ella Berryman, 1102 NW 38, who died Sunday at St. Anthony Hospital.  Interment will be in Walnut Hill cemetery, Jeffersonville, Ind. (note: wife of Chester Berryman who was born at Potato Creek, Montgomery County) - kz

Services for Ms. Ella Berryman, 80 of 1102 NW 38, longtime Oklahoma City resident who died of a cerebral hemorrhage in St. Anthony Hospital Sunday afternoon will be at 4 p.m. Monday in Hahn memorial chapel. Burial will be in Walnut Hill cemetery, Jeffersonville, Ind. Mrs. Berryman was born in Jeffersonville, Ind and grew to womanhood there. Following her marriage she moved with her husband to Oklahoma City more than 40 years ago. She was a pianist in her earlier years and belonged to a number of musical groups in Oklahoma City. She was a member of St. Luke’s Methodist Church and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is survived by a brother, Randall Poindexter, Santa Monica, California.

Note: He was born in Sugar Creek Township, Montgomery County, Indiana in August of 1869 and died in Oklahoma City died 7 March 1936 - married Ella Poindexter - although they helped raise her brother they had no children of their own
