Frank Best, aged 56 years, died this morning about 10 o’clock at the Prewitt boarding house on East College Street. He had been sick for some time with bowel complaint. The funeral will occur tomorrow from the residence of his brother-in-law, Barney Hoover, on South Elm Street. The services will be conducted by Dr. H. A. Tucker. Mr. Best was a bachelor and was for years a clerk in Brock’s grocery.
