Waynetown May 19 - Mrs. Joanne Biddle died on Wednesday evening at 6:30 o'clock at her home here, the result of injuries she received two weeks ago when she fell at her home, breaking her shoulder. Mrs. Biddle was born near Waynetown July 24, 1836 and was the daughter of David and Martha Ball Rusk. On December 12, 1869, she was united in marriage to William H. Biddle. She spent most of her life in Waynetown and was the oldest resident of Wayne Township. She was one of the very highly respected citizens of this community and a member of the Baptist Church here. She is survived by her husband, many relatives and a host of friends. Funeral service will be held Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the home and will be in charge of Rev. Cletis Brown, with interment at the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. - typed by kbz - thanks, Proctors !
