Funeral services for Mrs. Amanda Luella Bilsland, age 81 who died Feb. 21, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Herman Cramer, Waynetown, was held Saturday morning, Feb. 24, at the Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown. The Rev. Mr. Lion of Lebanon officiated. Burial was in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Mrs. Bilsland had resided with her daughter for five years and had been seriously ill two weeks. Born Oct. 12, 1880 in Fountain County, she was the daughter of James and Mary Myer Moore. She was first married to Aaron Wilson and later to Lon Elmore. Both preceded her in death. She was married Aug. 27, 1917, to James Newton Bilsland, who died in 1950. Mrs. Bilsland was a member of the Prairie Chapel, south of Hillsboro. Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Cramer; a sister, Mrs. Lily Elmore of Waynetown Rt. 1; a brother, Raymond Moore of Waynetown Rt. 2; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. She also was preceded in death by a son, Merble Wilson, a grandson, a brother and two sisters. -
