Waynetown, June 28 - Thursday (June 27) at the home of his son, George, near Elmdale, occurred the death of Uncle Andrew Biddle. Uncle "Andy" as he was always called was one of the best men in Wayne Township, very conscientious and lived close to the Lord. He was 66 but has been an invalid for some time making him appear much older. He has two sons, George who lived on the old home place, where he also made his home and Lawson, living near Darlington. He also leaves one brother, Thomas Biddle and two sisters one living near Romney and Emily living here. The funeral services will be conducted here at the Baptist Church Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. The deceased was born in Wayne township and his entire life was spent in it. His church membership was held in the Baptist Church and he was a very devoted member. The body will be interred in the family lot in the Masonic Cemetery.
