Betty Lou (Cheesman) Bishop, 60, of Glasgow, Ky., formerly of Danville, Ill., died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1993 at 9:30 a.m. in Community Hospital at Glasgow. She was born Nov. 26, 1933, in Danville, the daughter of Louis and Bonnie Cheesman. She married Floyd Bishop July 19, 1984, in Glasgow. He survives. Also surviving, are: two brothers, Don and Hubert Cheesman of Danville; a half brother, Max Weaver of Robinson, Ill.; a sister, Lula Bell Ramsey of Santa Anna, Calif.; three half sisters, Bonnie Priebe of Ladoga, Pat Gray of Crawfordsville, and Mary Hartman of Veedersburg; and ten nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Church of God and was employed at General Electric in Danville for 30 years. She enjoyed reading the bible and having prayer meetings in her home. Visitation was Thursday at A. F. Crow & Sons Funeral Home in Glasgow, Ky. Service was there on Friday. Interment in Glasgow. – jlr
