Frankfort - July 15, -Mrs. Laura Anna Blaine, 97, native of Frankfort and last survivor of one of Indiana's oldest families, died Tuesday at Jamaica, Long Island, N.Y. She had resided in the East since the death of her husband, Allen Trimble Blaine, civil War veteran.
Mrs. Blaine was the daughter of Judge and Mrs. John Maxwell Cowan; her father who lived to be 99, was for years the oldest alumnus of Wabash college. Funeral services and burial were held today at Crawfordsville. – thanks muches to Kim H
