Idylwilde has suffered another loss by the ravages of death, the last one being the death of Vernie Booker, age 40, making the third death in just two months. While Mr. Booker came into Idylwilde a few months ago to make his home, as an entire stranger, it was in those few months that the mere acquaintance as neighbor was transferred into the highest respect and truest friendship of every neighbor.
