DARLINGTON — Ned O. Boots, 59, a painter and decorator most of his life, died Thursday morning in the Westbrook Nursing Home at Crawfordsville where he had been a patient since December 1962. Born May 11, 1905, at Darlington, Mr. Boots was the son of Newton and Hattie Hamilton Boots. He was a graduate of the Darlington High School. Survivors include the father; four brothers, Noble, Kenneth, Richard and Robert Boots, all of Indianapolis; an aunt, Mrs. Icie Miller of Darlington, and an uncle, Chauncie Hamilton of Darlington. His mother died last February. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Bright Funeral Home at Darlington. Burial will be at the Darlington IOOF Cemetery. Rev. A. L. Vermillion will be the officiating minister. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.--waw
