Mrs. Ella Madeline Bottorff, 59, of 305 Covington St. died late Monday in Culver Hospital. Born here Feb. 7, 1915 she was a daughter of Joseph and Mary Gleason Murphy. She was married July 11, 1932, to Noel Bottorff, who survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Carol Ann Appel; a brother, Patrick Murphy; a sister, Mrs. Catherine Weliver, and two granddaughters, all of Crawfordsville. She was preceded in death by a daughter. Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank Little officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday. – jlr
