Miss Bertha Spencer has learned of the death at Pasadena, California, of Mrs. Mary BOTTS, 91, a former resident of this community. The body was brought to the Ward-Sutton Funeral Home in Paris, Ill. where rites were conducted Monday, April 15. Burial was at Hume, Illinois. Mrs. Botts was born near Hume, Aug 19, 1865. Preceding her in death were her two husbands, Phillip Bowers and John Botts. Survivors include a son, Raymond Bowers; two brothers, William Shephard of Pasadena, and RJ Shephard of Hume; 3 sisters, Mrs. Mary lake of Newark, Ohio; Mrs. Kathryn Hiatt, Pasadena and Mrs. Lena Hiatt, Pasadena and Mrs. Lena Handle of Paris. - kbz
