Ladoga, March 28 -- George Bowman, age 67, died at 8 o'clock this morning at Culver Union Hospital in Crawfordsville following an operation which he underwent Monday. Mr. Bowman is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Asa Burkett, with whom he lived, and four sons, Luther at home, Newton of near Terre Haute, Fletcher and Henry of Lizton. His wife, one son and his son-in-law died within a few hours of each other three years ago, during the influenza epidemic. The body was brought to his home, three miles south of here this morning. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
