Tangier, Ind., Dec. 15—The unknown burglar shot and killed here the night of November 1 by McCord, the storekeeper, is proven conclusively to have been William Boyd, who was in jail at Terre Haute in November, 1893, and not one Williams, as claimed by his wife. -s
