Lafayette Journal - Louis Boyer, a farmer who lived in Montgomery county near Darlington, died at St. Elizabeth hospital on Wednesday evening, aged 50 years. His death was caused by consumption and he had been an invalid for the past two years, coming to St. Elizabeth hospital several weeks ago in the hope that the careful treatment given there would benefit him. His son, who lives in Crawfordsville, was present when he passed away. The remains were taken to the Sollar-Seeger undertaking establishment, from where the funeral will be conducted this morning at 11 o'clock. The interment will be made in Greenbush cemetery.- kbz
