Jeanette Adelaide, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. B.H. Branson was born in Waveland April 10, 1912 and died Oct 23, 1914; aged 2 Y 6M 13D. Adelaide was an exceptionally bright baby and was beloved by all who knew her. She had never known sickness and suffering until within the last few days when her little body was stricken more heavily than she could bear. Peacefully and sweetly she slipped away from us to go home where her presence makes the homeward path brighter and more tempting to us who are waiting the call. Funeral services at the home on Sunday afternoon were largely attended. Rev. Wm. W. Speer officiated, assisted by Rev. F.B. Solin and Rev. Carl Vanwinkle. Misses Mary Copus, Frances Shanks, Margaret Moore and Beulah Patton acted as pall bearers. An autopsy held on the body after death failed to reveal the cause. kbz
