Chauncey Bratton (sic), aged 86 died Tuesday at the home of his son, Everett Britton, (sic-it is Bratton) three miles west of town on the Attica Road. He had been an invalid for several years and a few yeares ago suffered a stroke of paralysis. The funeral took place on Wed monring at half past 9. Interment at Yountsville. The deceased was an old settler of this county and for many years lived at the foot of the green house hill on the Yountsville Rd. His wife died a few years ago.
