Mrs. Sarah Huff Brown died at her home in Danville, Illinois a few days ago and was buried at Urbana. Her husband, Dr. M.S. Brown died in June 1901 and she never recovered from the shock. She was born in Waveland, April 13, 1838. She married Dr. Brown of Urbana, ill whence they moved to Danville in 1884. She was a woman of noble character who devoted herself to her family and the good of those about her. She leaves six children: Dr. Harry S. Brown and Mrs. E.C. English of Renssalaer, Ind; Mrs. L.F. Hopkins and Fred Brown of Chicago and Dr. Walter Brown and Miss Grace Brown of Danville. She was a cousin to Mrs. Frank Clark of this place.
