LOGANSPORT - George L. Brubaker, 74, of Logansport, and a former Montgomery County prosecutor in the 1930's died at 11:20 a.m. Friday in Memorial Hospital at Logansport after a short illness. Mr. Brubaker was a member of Tipton Masonic Lodge 33, Elks Club of Logansport and Calvary Presbyterian Church at Logansport. He was the city attorney at Logansport for the past six years. Mr. Brubaker was a member of the Scottish Rite of Ft. Wayne, American Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association and Cass County Bar Association. Born Aug. 15, 1902, he was a son of John M. and Viola Kissinger Brubaker of Huntington County. He was married to Florence Spencer on Dec. 25, 1926, at Miami, Fla. Survivors are his wife; a son, Jack of Logansport; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Lynn Barnard of Logansport; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Fisher Funeral Home at Logansport with the Rev. Raymond Skelton officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery at Logansport. Friends may call at the funeral home after l p.m. Saturday. Masonic services will be 7 p.m. Saturday and Elks Club services will be 7:30 p.m. Saturday. - jlr
