Mrs. Charles Ross Bryan, formerly Miss Emma Heslar died at her home in Lafayette on Monday night. Funeral services were held at the home on Wednesday morning after which the body was brought here for burial at Maple Ridge cemetery for Thursday afternoon. Mrs. Bryan was the daughter of Asa and Martha Heslar and was born and spent her early life in Waveland. She is survived by the husband, one daughter, Mrs. Glen Turnipseed of Lafayette and three grandchildren; also by four brothers, John, William, Milton and Charles Heslar and by one sister, Mary Heslar.
