Bryant - Florine

Mrs. Florine Bryant, 45, of 708 Milligan St, died at 1:26 p.m. Saturday in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette where she had been a patient since last Sunday. A native of New Castle, Ky, she was a daughter of Andrew and Octavia Lawrence Jones and was born Oct 7, 1921. She attended schools there and was a member of the Christian Church. She married Milton Bryant, Jr in 1947 in Crawfordsville. Mrs. Bryant was employed at RR Donnelley & Sons Co Inc and also as a waitress. Surviving are her father, her husband; three sons, Robert Thomas Wills of Frankfort and Jack D. Wills of Virginia Beach, Va and Michael Bryant of Crawfordsville; two brothers, Robert Jones of New Castle, Ky and Douglas Jones of Florida; a sister, Mrs. Laura Hall of Indianapolis and seven grandchildren. The mother and an infant daughter preceded her in death. Funeral services are set for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Powers Funeral Home with Rev. John Coons officiating and burial in Freedom Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Monday.
