Wingate: Mrs. Lenna Leota Bunnell, 82, died at her home here at 1:55 P.M. Friday. She had been in declining health 10 years and seriously ill the last eight weeks, suffering from a heart ailment. Born in Coal Creek Township 1 1/2 miles east of here Nov. 27, 1876, she was a daughter of Jacob and Martha Rhodehamel Fulwider. She attended No. 13 School northeast of Wingate. She married T. Eldon Bunnell at the M. E. Parsonage in New Richmond Dec. 25, 1895. They lived in the Center community about 11 years ago, when they moved to Wingate. Mrs. Bunnell was a member of the church and was a member of the Center Help Society. Surviving are the husband; a son Jacob W. Bunnell of Rt. 4 Crawfordsville; two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Watts of New Richmond, and Mrs. Iva Kennedy of Wingate; 13 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown after 2 P.M. Saturday until noon Sunday. The body will lie in state at Center Church for an hour prior to services which are set for 2 P.M. Sunday. Rev. Hugh Dooley of Crawfordsville will officiate.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lenna Leota Bunnell were held at 2 P.M. Sunday at Center Christian Church. Rev. Hugh Dooley of Crawfordsville officiated. Mrs. Hal Hopper was the pianist. A great-grandson, Stephen Swick, sang "In the Garden," and was accompanied by an aunt, Mrs. Martha Swick, a granddaughter of Mrs. Bunnell. Pallbearers were grandsons, Don Ziegler, Lloyd Zachary, David Brewer, Otis Deckard, John Watts, Raymond Swick, Richard Nesbitt, Charles F. Swick and Ben Kennedy. Assisting with flowers were granddaughters and great-grandchildren, Mesdames Richard Nesbitt, John Watts, Charles E. Swick, Otis Deckard, Ben Kennedy, Lloyd Zachary, Don Ziegler, David Brewer, Larry Sablic, and Misses Judy Bunnell, Helen Withers, Cathy Nesbitt, Carol Nesbitt, Marcia Watts, Karen Zachary and Melinda Zachary; and nieces Mrs. Georgia Clore and Mrs. Betty Simpson. Interment was in Oakland Cemetery.
