Charles W. BURNETT, 75, Rockville, stepfather of Mrs. Dorothy MITCHELL of Waveland, suffered a fatal heart attack 4:30 p.m. Monday while in a wheat field on the farm. A farmer all his life, until a year ago, he retired from the farm and moved to Rockville, although he still remained in close touch with the farm. He is survived by the widow, Ora; one stepson, Max Martin of Rockville; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Dorothy Mitchell, Waveland; and Mrs. Madge Boyd of Thorntown; one sister, Mrs. Grace Ransom of Decatur, Ill; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The body was taken to the Branson Funeral Home where services were held at 3:00 Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Hugh Craven officiated and burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. - kbz
