Again God, in his infinite wisdom, has seen fit to take from our mist our beloved mother, Anna L. Busenbark, born June 1, 1838, in Montgomery County, Indiana. She departed this life January 19, 1910. Age 71 years, 7 months and 18 days. She was the daughter of Samuel and Mary Gilliland and was one of a family of twelve children. She was married to Emmons Busenbark August 3, 1856. To this union were born four children, two boys and two girls. Samuel, the oldest, died in infancy. Belle, the youngest, died at the age of 36 in the spring of 1903. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband; a daughter, Mrs. George Coons; a son, Curtis Busenbark; seven grandchildren, a great grandaughter, three sisters and two brothers. She united with the New Market Missionary Baptist Church in November, 1886, of which she was a faithful Christian worker up to the time of her death. She was a devoted and loving mother and wife and continually looked forward to the comfort of her husband, children, and grandchildren. She had been in poor health for more than a year but was always patient, endured her suffering without a murmur and constantly looked forward to the home beyond. The funeral services were conducted at the home Saturday, January 22, 1910, by Rev. Airhart of Roachdale. Interment at Indiana Creek Hill cemetery. Blessed mother thou hast left us Gone to meet our loved ones there. May our lives be joined together With our Savior over there. - kbz
