Source: Roachdale times 8/25/1938 Mrs. Lillie Bymaster, 65, died at her home in Ladoga Wednesday August 24. She was the mother of Mrs. Merle Zimmerman of this place. She was born October 8, 1872, at Elmdale in Montgomery County, Indiana, the daughter of Albert and Phoebe Burk. She married on October 9, 1890 to Daniel W. Bymaster, who died July 12, 1928. Suviving are six children; Mrs. Merle (Eva) Zimmerman, of Roachdale, Roy Bymaster, of Ladoga, Mrs. Roy Trosper of Smartsburg, Mrs. Walter (Naomi) Stark of Ladoga, Ruby Bymaster, of Indianapolis, and Miss Hallie Bymaster at home, the father Albert Burk of Lebanon, a sister, Mrs. Anna Lane and seven grandchildren. two sisters died in infancy; Mannie Clyde at age five and Lola in infancy. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at the Haw Creek church. Burial will be in Ladoga cemetery. The seven grandchildren are; Mrs. Lillian Marie Call, Paul Robert Zimmerman, Marjorie and Glenn William Bymaster, Damon Eugene Trosper, Richard Lee and Carol Sue Stark. - thanks so much to Marilyn W. for the RT obituaries
