Frankfort, Ind – Mrs. Esther F. Burroughs, 82, Frankfort, a retired school teacher, died Monday in Clinton County Hospital. She taught in elementary schools in Indianapolis and Crawfordsville and was principal of Horace Mann Elementary School at Crawfordsville at the time of her retirement. She was the widow of Leslie E. Burroughs. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Amanda Reid Chapel at Wesley Manor United Methodist Retirement Home here with burial in Shannondale Cemetery. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. today in the Frye Funeral Home and for an hour prior to services at the retirement home. - kbz
