Mrs. Sarah Burroughs, 77, died Wednesday at the State Soldiers home following a long illness. She was the widow of Hiram Burroughs, Civil war veteran, who served with Company B, 160th Ohio Infantry. She was born October 26, 1849, at Rocheport, Mo., and was admitted to the home from Montgomery county, October 25, 1926. The body was taken to Crawfordsville for funeral services and burial. – thanks to Kim H
