Morris Callahan, age 21 years died yesterday at his home in Indianapolis. The deceased was born and raised near New Ross and the remains will be brought here for burial. Funeral at St. Bernard's Church at 9 a.m. Tuesday. His death was due to consumption and it is less than two months since a brother succumbed to the same disease. - kbz

Morris Callahan, aged twenty one years, of New Ross, died Sunday in Indianapolis. The body was brought here Tuesday and the funeral occurred at St. Bernard’s Church at 9 o’clock. Interment was at Calvary Cemetery. John Callahan, a brother, died two months ago of consumption. They were sons of Dan Callahan.
