File Created 14 June 2010 -- Thanks Charlene for this obit :)

Note from Charlene: I don't know if you would like to add this, but please do if you can. Mrs. Cartmill has relatives by the name of Kavanaugh, Welch, Caton, Noon and Sands from Putnam County, Ohio and Defiance County, Ohio. Eva's grandfather was Bryan Kavanaugh who passed away in Putnam Co OH in 1881 -- it was requested that the New Ross paper copy. We are wondering why. Eva was not even born at that point, so what is the connection. Is it Welch? Cavanaugh? It's a mystery to us - please let us know if anyone has any notations to this mystery!
