Montezuma, Ind. - Mrs. Laura Mae Cate, 83, a former resident of Montezuma, died Tuesday (Dec. 10, 1968) at Yucaipa, Calif. Born Jan. 17, 1885, at Waveland, she was the daughter of Aaron and Lucinda Birch Miles. She was a member of the Christian Church. Survivors include two sons, Eagle Yaryan of Oxnard, Calif., and Raymond Yaryan of Yucaipa, Calif., and a brother, A.J. Miles of Montezuma. Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home. The Rev. N.J. Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery at Waveland. The body is at the funeral home. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Friday.
