Linden Jan 8th -- Clarence CAMPBELL died Friday at the Indiana State Farm. He was 18 years 5 months 12 days old. He died with tuberculosis. His remains were sent from Greencastle over the Monon RR to Linden Saturday morning and were received by Undertaker Fred M. Shanklin. The funeral will be held at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson Campbell, 8 miles NE of Linden Monday at 10. Services will be in charge of Rev. Charley Campbell. Interment in Salem Cemetery. He leaves a father of Pekin, Ill who is here to attend the funeral. - kbz

Clarence Archie CAMPBELL, son of Charles Campbell of Pekin, Ill, died a few days ago at the home of his grandparents,Mr. and Mrs. Anderson Campbell who reside near Kirkpatrick. His mother died when he was 7 and since that time he made his home with his grandparents. He had been sick for a long time. Clarence was born July 24, 1897. The funeral was held from the home of the grandparents and burial was at Salem. - kbz
