Zack Williams yesterday received a telegram from his daughter, Miss Bessie Cannon, stating that her husband, Andy Cannon, had dropped dead that morning about 5 o’clock at Pekin, Ills. He was afflicted with heart disease. Andy Cannon was formerly a cook at the Robbins house and has many friends here who will regret to learn of his untimely death. He leaves a wife and one child.
