Shelbyville, Oct 9 - Conwell Carson, 27 years old who died at Camp Sherman, Ohio of Spanish influenza was a graduate of Wabash College and of the Indiana law school at Indianapolis, finishing the latter course last spring before going with a draft increment from this county on June 24 to Camp Sherman. Young Carson was an attache to the camp personnel of the insurance division at Camp Sherman. His parents and a sister survive. His body was brought here for burial. -

Note: Conwell Carson was graduated from Wabash College with the class of 1915. He was assistant in chemistry his senior year at college.
