New Ross - Mrs. Stella Stoner Chambers died Thursday (Feb 22) in New Ross. She was 90. Mrs. Chambers was born June 21, 1875, at New Ross. Her paernts were Marion and Melissa Stoner. She was married Aug 22, 1896, to Andrew L. Chambers. She was a member of the New Ross Christian church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Geneva Brown of Indianapolis and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home in Crawfordsville, Rev. Albert Amos and Rev. Eddie Bamish will officiate. Burial in New Ross Cemetery.
