George L. CHEEK, 56, Rt 1 Judson died at 5 p.m. Wednesday May 10, 1961 while mowing the lawn at the Parkeville Christian Church, apparently suffering a heart attack. He was born Aug 14, 1904, at Bonnie, Illinois a son of Louis and Lettie Dunavon Cheek. Mr. Cheek farmed and was custodian of the Parkeville Church of which he was a member. Survivors include a daughter, Miss Mary Cheek, Terre Haute; 3 brother, William and Charles, Rantoul, Ill and James, St. Petersburg, Fl. Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Saturday at Barnes Chapel, Rockville with Rev. Ray Britton in charge; burial in Memory Garden. - kbz
