Merdith H. Childress, 72, of 1414 Danville Ave., died at her home today after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Childress was a nurse's aide at Culver Hospital for many years. Born Dec. 5, 1905, she was married to Kirby Childress. Arrangements are incomplete in Powers Funeral Home here.--waw
